Patients & Visitors
Current Visitor Guidelines
Inpatient Areas:
- Two (2) visitors at a time are allowed for non-COVID patients.
- Visitation is restricted for COVID-positive patients. Families may request conferences with staff and providers. Please speak with a member of the patient’s care team for more information.
Intensive/Critical Care Units:
- Two (2) visitors at a time are allowed for non-COVID patients during visitation hours. One (1) visitor is allowed to stay with the patient at all times.
- Daily Visitation Hours:
- 6 a.m. to 7 a.m.
- 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- No children under the age of 12 are allowed to visit
- Additional requirements are in place for visitation of COVID-positive patients. Please speak with a member of the patient’s care team for more information.
Labor and Delivery:
- Two (2) visitors at a time are allowed for non-COVID patients.
- One (1) visitor at a time is allowed for COVID-positive, laboring patients. Visitors must remain in the patient’s room.
Emergency Room and Outpatient Surgery:
- Two (2) visitors are allowed for non-COVID patients.
- Visitation is restricted for COVID-positive patients.
Additional Requirements:
Additional visitor restrictions may apply based on certain circumstances, such as the facility’s COVID-19 status.
- In accordance with recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), visitors may be required to wear face masks depending on the level of community transmission of COVID-19 as determined by the CDC.
- Visitors for patients who are here for a short period of time, such as lab or radiology visits, are encouraged to wait outside when possible due to limited waiting room capacity and social distancing requirements.
- By entering the facility, visitors attest that:
- You do not have any symptoms of COVID-19 or flu
- You do not have any new loss of taste or smell
- You do not have a fever of more than 100.0F
- You have not had recent unprotected close contact with a COVID-19 positive person
- You are NOT currently COVID-19 positive
Visitors may access the hospital through the main hospital entrance located on the west side of the building from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. each day or through the Doctors Center entrance from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday. The emergency room entrance is limited to emergency room visitation only.
