The Joint Commission

Flowers Hospital is a fully accredited facility in Hospital, Laboratory and Durable Medical Equipment programs by The Joint Commission.  When an individual or staff member has concerns about patient care or safety, he or she may contact Flowers Hospital’s management.  If the concern in question cannot be resolved at this level, the individual or staff member may contact The Joint Commission via email at complaint@jcaho.org or via phone at (800) 994-6610.
